Hello, can someone please give me a simple step by step guide to removing content lock? I have a debit card and can not find a way to remove it anywhere. on a mobile phone

@douglasmurray you can go to an EE store with photo ID and request it there. to have it removed or you can call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable, token to have it removed.
