Persistent app message notifications

My iPhone EE app is showing two message/change notifications. No matter how many times I open the app and search through every possible page and linked page, I can find nothing and, on exiting the app, the notifications persist. Any ideas?

Yeah mine same aswell as many others. EE are aware of this and have been for 2 months now but they haven’t been able to fix the issue as of yet. I had to turn off notifications to get rid of mine or if on iPhone turn off the badges bit in notifications for the EE app

Was hoping to find the answer to the same problem. Drives me mad, but will now turn off the notifications

Same. Even spoke with a tech person who assured me he’d sorted it after deleting and restarting phone, etc. wait for a few hours and it should all be good! I deleted the app four 5 days and reloaded it tonight. Same problem. Getting on my nerves now.

@laursb Turn notifications off for the My EE app, not sure who you spoke with but unless it was the app developer who ever you spoke with was never going to be able to remove that notification. Especially when it’s on your device and you can not remove.

I’ve deleted the app again because when I tried to log in I got an error page saying the app is being updated. Got fed up of trying. The person I spoke with was a EE tech person. We were cut off during the call so I had to start again with someone else who also did all the same things and said it would disappear within 2 hours. It didn’t. Not going to bother with the app for a while. It does my head in!
