Whats happened to the EE app??? Have you been hacked? Most companies do update/upgrading work behind the scenes first the issue the update. Not switch the app off to update it???

EE is always improving their service to customers. Sometimes this means disabling the app overnight.

Ultimately it will improve your service.

@Frazmondo The app is so you can access your account is not the app that’s down it’s your account has been taken offline. and to install any account updates then the accounts have to be taken off line.
