Roaming blocked in Parental controls

I have two phones with EE

One works normally abroad - the other has Roaming blocked in Parental controls in EE app and on line My EE

if I uncheck - "there is a problem - text info to 150"

EE shop staff can't correct,

C\S couldn't correct

level 2 tech couldn't correct

Complaint started as maybe something wrong with app

Any body else similar problems?

Is that user abroad at the moment? Did the Mobile Care team confirm that roaming is set up on our end?
