@April34 : Login to your online MyEE using your old email addy & under your profile Edit your Email addy to new 1. Then logout & login using your new email addy.

I tried but my old email account keeps getting locked lost everything from my old email address 🥺 don't know what to do

Hi @April34.

If you're unable to do this yourself in My EE, I'd recommend calling our Customer Care team.

They will be able to make any changes and help you get set up.
