Has anyone else had issues trying to access the ee site, i get the landing page then click on the link and it takes me to a page saying blocked

Thanks, tried this, but it still comes up just with the words blocked

Yes. I just switch to EE. My EE app damn slow and kepp o throws errors.

When I tried to click to Login button on website from my PC. It says BLOCKED on the top left side of the web[age

Can you try deleting the app then going to the play/app store searching My EE and redownload the app, does this work for you?

I'm having the same problem.

I've tried different browser, cleaning cache, even different computer and still getting this error.

I'm trying to move to EE but this is not very helpful.

There should be a better error message, giving us options how to fix this problem and why its happening in the first place.

A blank page with "BLOCKED" is not very user friendly is it?

Yip and only ever on the EE site, never anywhere else. I be been trying to log in to see my bill for 3 days. Also trying to see my plans and subscriptions and I keeping getting there’s an error on their side come back later when it’s fixed. It’s never fixed.

Both the app and website does it for me. The broadband is the best out there but their technical issues needs work.
