&lt;P&gt;What message do you receive when you try to upgrade?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you text UP to 150 does it say you're eligible for an upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You might need to call EE CS on 150 if you cannot upgrade online.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My contract ran out early this week yet I cannot upgrade on line. Chat has been useless, app is useless. I could ring up, but these days it’s easier to sort out a new contract on line, which doesn’t seem to be the case. Pretty poor since I’ve been a customer since 2006. Anyone else had an issue trying to upgrade once your contract has ran out? I’ve sent emails but no response&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
