Apparently I have 5 notifications within the app. I can’t find them or get rid of them. Can anyone help me please?

It’s a known issue. Been happening to loads of people, I’ve just turned all notifications off for the app so I don’t have them stuck on my screen 24/7

Thank you. I didn’t have this issue until the iPhone upgrade.

I have had this issue for at least 6 weeks now. They supposedly working on a fix for it

A small number of customers are seeing a notification on their device after updating their My EE app. We are investigating why this notification is displaying incorrectly, and we’re working to fix this.

Is there a fix to this yet? This has been an explanation for weeks now! In the meantime the issue is getting really irritating.

Once this has been resolved you will no longer have the notification showing, please keep your app up to date.

I check for updates most days in the hope that something will be fixed and each update fails to sort it. Has this been escalated up the IT chain?

Same problem here and them Indians could not sort it do aim for vodaphone or BT

Waste of time is our EE
