Downloading statements

First time using the updated app. Not a good start. Tried to download statements and it doesn't work.

Am using Ipad. Anyone else having same issue?

Can you download the statements if you log into your My EE account online?

What happens when you try and download the statement using the app?

I click on download - it says its downloading but it doesn't. This is via the app.

It works for me via an android device @ClairL. Once downloaded a white box pops up at the bottom of the screen with options to print, share etc.
