      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Every-time I try to use the app or website, it asks me to link my mobile, broadband or Ee community. I have a mobile, but it says it’s already linked to another account? I evidently have community, but nothing happened when I click this. I cannot view my account or do anything and it’s really frustrating!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You have put in the correct details?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
