I am just a customer like yourself sometimes the maintenance ain't for very long and other times it can last all night all I can advise is to keep trying.

What happens when you're trying to gift the data, @Suki112?

Have you tried through both the app and My EE desktop website?

This service has been down for a week now which is totally unacceptable. Come on EE and get it fixed
