Hi, does the live chat still exist? Id really like to chat to someone online about an upgrade but the chat function never seems to be on.

Welcome to the community,

Yes, live chat does still exist when someone from customer service is not busy with answering phone calls, and you have to be a contract customer. This is only available during opening hours.

If you are on contract just click "Contact EE" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.
