@Victoria189 Live chat is only available if an agent is free to chat. You also need to be logged in to your online account.

I am logged into my online account but cannot for the life of me find anywhere that says live chat.

@Victoria189 : If you are on contract just click "Contact EE" at the top of any Community page and follow through for what you want until you see "Start conversation" to Live Chat during UK business hours.

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

Are you having this problem in one location or everywhere?

The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on stock levels on the model of phone you ordered. What was it you ordered?
