    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are logged into your MyEE for BB alone when you go to the EE online Shop it assumes you already have a mobile contract with EE &amp;amp; only offers you either an upgrade to a contract you don't have or an additional mobile line when you don't even have a 1st mobile line. A nonsense I know! So it is impossible to&amp;nbsp;buy a mobile phone or SIM contract while logged in to your MyEE for BB alone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The answer is to go to the EE online Shop &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;when not logged in to your MyEE&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;, buy the&amp;nbsp;mobile phone or SIM contract you want &amp;amp; &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;then add it to your existing MyEE for BB&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/U&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everybody :))&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got a new broadband contract with EE &amp;nbsp;since may,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I tried to buy also a mobile contract &amp;nbsp;associated to same account Failing many time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE simply seems to think &amp;nbsp;I am not same person and so it doesn’t allow me to shop offer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyway I can try &amp;nbsp;to connect the 2 accounts? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you rang customer service, as they are very helpful and will be able to sort you out a mobile contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This would count as a new contract, not an upgrade, you would still be able to use the same log-in details address etc, which is the right way to go about it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
