Have you checked your notifications by swiping down on the top of your screen, just to see if there's one from the My EE app, @Monkey2749?

Hi, I have 3 number at the side of the app, how do I remove them.

I contacted EE and they couldn’t help

Hi @Bernie69

The 3 indicates the number of notifications for the app. Our My EE team are aware that they're not disappearing as they should and are working to fix it.

In the mean time, you could try deleting and re-downloading the app.
