i cannor find the submenu of manage devide - unlock .. etc to FIND MY PUK CODE.

I have pay as u go sim.

all the answers from other topics fron years ago seeems referring to a sub-menu that I cannot find now in 2022 either in MyEE app or on website wh i'm logged in my account.

It's in your online MyEE Menu > Account Settings > Get my PUK.

i am logged in in my ee account on safari ios iphone browser.. and i cannot see that menu.

i tried 2 mobile browsers (safari and chrome) on my iphone right now.. and even if i "request-desktop--site" I still cannot see the menu you have on that screenshot. Aparently EE site version for mobile is diferent :(((

i dont think is possible to get your PUK using just iphone mobile browsers :(((

Are you navigating to https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/landing-payg on the Desktop Site? Then click on the Menu to see what I see.

i manage to do it!!! :))

i was able to see the "desktop version" of the website on safari iphone only after i request the desktop site AND pinch to zoom in.

After that the menu was visible and everthing was easy.

I used the trick of "zoom-in" from here:

https://www.guidingtech.com/fix-chrome-request-desktop-site-not-working-iphone/

and it worked for Safari browser as well!
