It looks like I need to have existing ee account to shop on their website. How to shop??? any advise?

@shikhagaba not sure I understand, you should be able to use the shop, there may be limitations, and buy products and services.

What are you having issues with?

@shikhagaba : What are trying yo buy? You can buy any mobile phone or SIM by not logging in to your MyEE beforehand. Practically anything else you can't buy unless you already have a contract mobile phone or SIM.
