Welcome to the community,

You will have to ring EE customer service, as they will have to give you a final bill, if you owe them money, you cannot do this yourself, can only be done by ringing customer service.

If you are on contract and still within the minimum term, they will have to work out how much you still have to pay and you have to give a minimum of 30 days notice. As you did not write whether you this is a contract account or pay as you go, I have given information for contract.
