@Nathanc24 EE can not control the amount of calls they receive at any one time. Your also told how long the waiting time is.

One solution to solving long call wait times could be to employ more staff

Utterly ridiculous. EE are making contacting them more and more difficult. It’s deliberate. They want customers to pay their bill, but will make it very hard to do it. I am sick of them.
