I have 3 mobile numbers in my account is there anyway I can personalise each number with a name so when I give data it is easier to see

You can with the app but not online. Just include the numbers in your Contacts and their names will be displayed by MyEE app.

If you go into your phone settings and allow the My EE app to access your contacts, this will show their names in the app.
