Need an urgent PUK code number as i'm currently overseas and unable to find IMEI number , and my phone device now only allowing me Emergency calls, i'm stuck and don't know what to do

Sorry we don't have access to the PUK code.

If you log into your My EE account online and select Menu > Manage Device > Unblock SIM (PUK code)

If this does not show, please call us on +44 7953 966 250 from another phone, and the team will be happy to help.

I think as i clearly stated in English that webchat not available, and your social media platform not responding, and have no access to any other phones whilst overseas, this service provided by EE is hopeless like alot ogf UK ones, so suggest may be using little logic and offer other alternatives, you're not making sense on here

No as i have explianed otherwise issue would have been resolved

below is error message received, it's absolutley hopeless, not able to access since 7am local time same as GMT, i need someone to look into this ASAP

If you are unable to access your My EE account, you would need to call us from another phone when you can access one and the team will supply the PUK code for you.

can you send me the link with steps so that can try again, this is an appauling service where you're asking A customer to call from overseas where they've no alternative means of calling, crap, i need this escalating ASAP

As i have repeatedly stated that when entering the correct IMEI number comes with an error message that i have sent , you so the problems is from your end, i've no means of calling from another device for the last time, so i would need the PUK

@max_gilani99 , if you have Skype, you can ring customer service on their free number, which you will find by clicking on the contact us.

Web chat is only available for customers, who have mobile contract, which you can find by logging into your account and it will show up, equally, by logging into your account, you will find your PUK code. You can click on My EE at the top of this page.
