hi john. I just wanted to understand my £6.99 charges. It mentioned spend cap which is on at zero so wasn’t sure what the charge was. I had an email and clicked on the link to ‘manage spend cap’ which then gave a 404 error message as if the link was broken/ unavailable 🙂

Have you had a look at your bill in your My EE Account to see what the extra charges are for?

Yes, it just says extra costs against my bill £6.99. I thought it may be Apple Music but I thought I’d got that free with my package.

I have no idea and can’t get through on the phone as the options have changed 🤷🏼‍♀️
