Phone been cut off I get paid 26th I need my phone back on I’m not receiving calls or texts is there anything I could do to help get my phone back on I’ve got important calls and texts that need to come through

@Madscopexz you pay the over due bill and your line will be reinstated within 24h. When you took out the contract you agreed to honour the T&Cs of the contract and part of that includes paying your bill on time or you’ll be cut off. You did agree to that,

if you need to change the next billing date to a better day you need to call customer support so this can be arranged but you’ll still need to pay this bill first.

I was buying a phone on finance. They took the upfront payment, but the finance contract was rejected, and I still haven’t received my upfront payment back.

No one here can see your account details or orders, this is a Community discussion forum with fellow users and customers.

Your best bet would be to call EE Customer Services when they open tomorrow if you are unable to track your order through the site/app.

It can take up to 24 hours for your services to be restored after payment has been received. Often, turning your phone off and back on can push this through sooner.
