Forgotten EE app pin

Hi,

This is to do with the app so sorry if this is the wrong community.

When I downloaded the app I forgot to make a note of the login pin number. However, I can't change it without the original pin. Is there anything else I can do to get this changed? Tried the sim pin but it doesn't work.

@HGF20 : Below where it asks you to Enter your PIN it says "Or Login with your pwd". Just use that instead.

Yes, I did this however I would rather use my pin if I can fix it.

If you delete the app and reinstall by searching EE app in your app/play store, do you get the option to register again with a new PIN?
