How do I add an additional sim only plan to my account?

Hi there!

I am currently on a pay monthly contract with EE, I also have an extra sim on my account for my daughter who I can gift data to.

My other half’s contract has come to an end with Three and he wants to get a sim only plan with EE. I have seen online that (I think) I can add a pay monthly sim to my account and receive 10% off that sim? However, I just can’t seem to figure it out 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hello, and thank you for your reply.

I have done what you said via your link, but it just keeps taking me to my phone and telling me that I am eligible for an upgrade. When all I want to do is add another sim only contract to my account! 😩 I just don't know where I am going wrong?

Nope! It just doesn't work for me, takes me straight back to the main menu when I click on the deal I want. I give up! Thanks anyway 👍

If i add a sim only to my my monthly contract will it be the same number as mine of a different number?

No, if you take out an additional SIM plan, it will have its own phone number.

If you would like to keep the same number and you are eligible to upgrade, please visit ee.co.uk/upgrade.
