I am in Switzerland and have the same problem. I was in Switzerland last month and it worked fine. Looks like EE have screwed something up.

I have been in Switzerland and suddenly I can't call the UK despite being able to do so a couple of weeks ago. I get a message from EE whenever I am near the border that says "Hi from EE, your plan doesn't include EU roaming but the good news is, at present, you can use your minutes, texts and data allowance when in Switzerland at no extra cost.

From May 2022, when in Switzerland, you'll pay £2 per day to use your minutes, texts and data allowance." The bad news is it isn't true.

Hi @nicoatridge,

Are you able to receive calls and text, or use data?

What happens when you try to make a call? Do you hear a recorded message?
