Calls are not being connected to this number ?

Hey all,

I'm trying to call someone but every time I attempt to do so it says "calls to this number are not currently being connected".

Also, when I try to text, it won't go through at all.

We are both EE users (I'm an android user, they're iPhone).

I have tried to call them off a different number and network but to no avail.

Does anyone know what's going on?

If multiple phones and networks can't call this particular number, it would tend to suggest there's a problem with that number.

Can you call other numbers ok?

Hi,

I've made calls to other numbers & everything is okay.

Could the number be disconnected or do you think the phone is just off?

I've read it could be that the bill hasn't been paid?

There's various possible reasons for this, but suffice to say the problem does appear to be with the number you are trying to call, and not with your phone.

Just ring 150, they’ll state that you haven’t used your phone actively for a while, and therefore temporarily disabled your phone service. Press 1 when they tell you and wait up to 4 hours for it to restart (should just take a minute from then).
