If I have the 'Roam in EU' add-on does that mean I can use my phone in the EU?

I took out a new 24 month contract back in February and as part of my contract, I got the 'Roam in EU' add-on.

I just want to double check that this means I can use my phone in all EU countries without paying the £2 daily fee or any additional charges?

There isn't a 'Roam in EU' add-on as such. Do you just mean you are allowed to roam in the EU?

As you took out your contract after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £10 / month. Could your 'Roam in EU' add-on be the Roam Abroad Pass?

I’m not sure tbh mate. See above, a Roam in EU Add-On. This is what’s confusing me as judging by the site I should be on the £2 a day offer (which still sucks) but in that case; what the heck is this add on and why does it say FREE underneath 🤔

That's just the ability to roam in EU, not how much you will be charged when you do.
