      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I arrived in Italy yesterday and have not received a text from EE offering me the £2 a day fee for roaming. Have no idea why so have mobile data turned off and roaming turned off.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Went in to My EE app and it comes up with an error when selecting ad-ons so I can’t do anything to activate it. Just says EE have issues and can’t help at the moment. Tried again today and the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Have tried turning off phone etc but not good&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So living off WiFi when I can and have no idea what I can&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF I ring 150 from Italy I’m sure it’s not free, so more charges&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice or suggestions please, thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cheers, Andrew&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you on contract or PAYG? Did you use that SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online &amp;amp; go to Menu &amp;gt; Account Settings &amp;gt; Parental and Data Controls &amp;gt; Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't enable the&amp;nbsp;Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad &amp;amp; Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PAYG is auto enabled for roaming. You won't see any of those settings &amp;amp; don't need to change anything. If outside EU, do you have enough credit for making calls &amp;amp; texts from abroad?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for quick reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im on SIM only pay monthly contract and have been using SIM for over a year in the UK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, I did not activate roaming before I left UK.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just gone into My EE app again and gone to settings and then selected roaming and the app is just whirring round and round and won’t let me in to see anything. Been 15 mins now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is 150 free from Italy?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The mobile number is not working when I am connected to the WIFI with mobile data turned off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
