I am currently in Montengro and purchased an add on that said it would last for 7 days. However it text me three mins in saying my data had been used? Completely unsure how that is even possible!

@Katie188 Are you on PAYG ? I think you are from that 7 day add on. That allowance is 40Mb that’s Megabytes not Gigabytes you could use that up within less than 5 mins depending on what you doing and how you device is set up.

Thanks so much for the reply. No I’m on a monthly contract and I got a message from EE saying I could purchase an add on where I could use roaming for 7 days. I need the internet when in Montenegro and not sure how to go about it as roaming isn’t working.

Hi @Katie188.

Please could you confirm if the add on @Chris_B has mentioned is the one you selected?

If it is the same add-on it is correct your data could be used quickly as this is a small amount of data.

Hi - thanks for the reply. I got a message from EE so presumed if I text 45MB7 it would last seven days but is it correct that I get 45 M a day for 7 days. If that is correct then I only get data for about 5 mins.

@Katie188 It’s 45meg total not per day. So you could use all that in one go depending on what your doing. It lasts 7 days or until used up.
