Hi i go to majorca in a couple of weeks and i assume i have to buy the bolt on as i only signed up with you in october last year how do i go about it do i have to pay for the bolt on in advance or does it just get added to my bill at the end of the month i dont want to come home to a massive bill because iv used my phone abroad

You shouldn't have a massive bill as you will be using your UK allowances there. You will either be paying £2 for each day you use any of them or instead buy the £10 pm Roam Abroad Pass & cancel it when you get back.

Do you have a smart plan?

Make sure your account has roaming activated by texting ROAMING to 150. Alternatively make sure roaming, international calls and text are activated on your EE account.
