Hi , I'm going on holiday to Spain, do I need roaming to make calls and use my data package?

Yes, you need roaming to make calls and use data. Depending when you started your contract, depends whether you will need a roaming package. You can find all the answers here:

Just make sure that you have roaming and call abroad and premium calls set to enabled. You can do this via the app or by calling customer service, especially if you cannot enable it yourself, best to double check.

As it is part of EU, you may use your usual UK allowances there with up to 50 GB (contract) or 25 GB (PAYG) data per billing month if you have more. If your contract started after 07/07/2021 there'll be a £2 / day charge for using your UK allowances in EU or you may buy the Roam Abroad Pass for £10 / month.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to check roaming is enabled on your account.
