I am having roaming issues

out in Australia and have had no text to say about my roaming abroad options - although my package is maximum and should allowed me to roam abroad

However it is blocked in the app and I cannot change it? I can’t get any network or signal to call or send a message to 150

PLEASE CAN SOMONE CONTACT ME ASAP! Furious as need to be able to connect as a matter of urgency for work

You will need to contact EE C/S to enable the "International roaming" facility.

If you install a web-calling app such as Skype, you can call EE using +448000798586

You can use Skype over any working WiFi connection.

Alternatively use +447953966250 from any other working phone.

There isn't any access to individual customer accounts on this public forum.

As you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c.

Often just rebooting the phone is the simple remedy. Also try selecting a network manually rather than auto. Otherwise try logging into your MyEE account online & go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Roaming Abroad and also Call Abroad and Premium Rate. They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated. If they are not ticked, can you activate these settings?

If you can't enable the Roaming Abroad and the Call Abroad & Premium Rate settings of your online MyEE, you will need to call CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.

No one will contact you from this user discussion forum other than thro' the medium of these forum by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are.
