      <description>&lt;P&gt;Keep getting a No Service message while in UAE. Pop up message directs me to Settings or Dismiss but doesn’t allow me to access either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;when I eventually get into Settings there is nothing that I can do to access any local provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Relying totally on free WiFi areas for any access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;EE website is pretty useless offering no help at all. NO CHAT line either. No option available to purchase data either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Never had this problem in UAE before nor in EU a few months ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;HELP!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls. &lt;BR /&gt;Or&lt;BR /&gt;From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for both suggestions. Alas no joy - web logon does not give me the Manage My Device option. But it does tell me what the call charges will be.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The EE app does not show a current usage option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Trying scrolling through various options till I eventually found Manage Device only to get a message - we are currently updating this page and cannot help you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Previously as soon as I landed and switched off airplane mode, I was automatically linked with a local provider followed by a text from EE about purchasing data plan options and call/text charges etc.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nothing this time other than no EE mobile network available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I don’t know what else I can do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best wishes&lt;BR /&gt;MRos&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent from my iPhone</description>

I tried this and Parental Control is ticked as are Buy more data and Use your data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But both Enable roaming and Make calls abroad from the UK are blocked. When I tried to unblock them, the following message appears&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;!
