Date Roaming Abroad

I'm in Spain and have enabled my data roaming on my phone and changed settings in my ee. But phone still not working without WIFI. I can't text 150 as I'm not on the network. Can you enable data roaming on my account

Are you currently connected to a local network?

When you log back into your My EE does both Roaming and Calling Abroad show active still?

No I'm not connected to a local network as it won't let me. In my EE all setting abroad showing as active

Have you tried doing a manual network search and manually connecting to any networks which show as available?

Please follow these steps @huwjohn73:

From the front screen, tap Apps.
Choose Settings.
Choose Mobile Networks (if your device is running Android Lollipop, you will need to choose More Networks, then Mobile Networks)
Choose Network Operators.
Choose the Network you would like to connect to

Hi @huwjohn73

Is international calls and text active as well as roaming on your account?

If you have just manually activated this it may take 24 hours to activate.
