Roaming In Jamaica 2022

Hi All

Jamaica seems to be a problematic country when it come to roaming with EE. I have just spent 30 minutes on the phone with EE customer trying to purchase a roaming package that allows me to make calls and receive calls from the UK along with being able to make call within jamaica ie local calls. Two year ago I receive this package and it work fine.

But every since I seem to be sold the wrong package which does not allow calls within Jamaica. I have just been sold 60 Global Roaming costing £10 but after doing some research on this platform it does not appear to be the correct one. from my research it appears I need the Call from Anywhere package.

Can anyone confirm what the correct package please?

Also I noted when I tried to check the cost of call in Jamaica using the link below Jamaica is not listed is there a reason for this?

Welcome to the community,

I was sold the wrong package when I went to Egypt, and found that I was being charged for calls. Fortunately, when I saw my bill and that I was charged, I was given a refund, as they could see that I had spoken to them also about the cost of data whilst there. It does sound like the wrong one, and you are correct Jamaica does not show up there. I did not need the data add on, as it was too expensive and could use wifi.

Jamaica doesn't come up on the roaming page as the OP says. It doesn't work for me also.

The Cayman Island I'm assuming will be the same add on which is the "Calls From Anywhere" add on as below as that would allow calls in the country and back to the UK. OP should speak to CS about this add on.
