Urgent!! No data roaming in Singapore

I am a monthly rolling customer. I Just arrived Singapore, I can make text message, but no phone call and no Data service. on the mobile phone, I have turned the Roaming Data on. How to do to active the data service? I have switched off and on again. It did not work for the internet. How to active the phone call and data service?

@yuyexiaosong Have you enabled roaming and call abroad and make premium rate numbers from within your online EE account ?

Now I can use the phone call and text. But the internet access is still not available. I have enabled mobile data roaming. It was OK last month when I was in Cyprus.
