Is it possible to get a caller block set up at the EE provider level without having to go via the police?

You can block individual numbers by using your phone's menu system and choosing the "block caller" option.

Welcome to the community.

We don't currently offer a service to do this, but as @bristolian said, you should be able to block numbers through your phone menu.

What kind of phone do you have?

Thanks. I should have said, I’ve already done this. It was more for peace of mind that if it was done at the EE provider level, it couldn’t accidentally get unblocked at any time.
