Wifi calling

Quite frustrated. Wifi is working but wifi calling has stopped working. I tried messaging ee via Facebook still no reply. I can't call them as no signal in my area that is why wifi calling is a must at home. Its been working fine since we moved to EE but nothing I have tried is fixing this. Tried restarting the hub tried restarting my phone s20fe tried forgotten the network and logging in again but nothing seems to fix it. Very annoying. Oh and 150 from land line dosent work either please help

OK update. I googled help it suggested turning on aeroplane mode as it resets something? Anyway tried that and hey presto wifi calling returns! So I guess the really good question now is why ? Why is tech so temperamental?

And why is customer support so tricky if you can't get a signal at home ?

Yeah I think I will need to call them as just been away from the house came back wifi is connected but no WiFi calling again and aeroplane mode not helping this time

Phoned in ad Guy in Portsmouth did a software update on the router. So far so good. Frustrating that I had to then re add alexa and all her smart bulbs and plugs. But wifi calling is working again. But I haven't been away from the house since tge update ha ha so I may be back yet.

Pheeeeew just been to tge Post office strangely enough it was to return my BT router. Anyway back home and WiFi and WiFi calling seamlessly connected so that's a result
