    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's possible that another EE user could be using the voicemail's "direct messaging" facility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's quite a few keypresses to be doing without valid intention though. Calling is, by far, the easiest method.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Silent Voicemail messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since 19 May I have received 3 "voicemail" messages where the voicemail has been silent. No corresponding number is registered on my phone as being received to match with the time of the "voicemail". Why is this happening and how can it be stopped?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try disabling voicemail (VM OFF to 150) restart your device and then reactivate voicemail (VM ON to 150).&lt;/P&gt;
