@joslater1967 Itemised billing will only be available from the date you request to have itemised billing it can not be back dated and you need to call customer support to request itemised billing There is a charge per month for this. £2.75

Welcome to the Community, @Rajaramesh

As @Chris_B mentioned above, to receive full itemisation this is an additional option you can request when speaking with our Customer Care Team.

Just in case you weren't aware though, any calls made outside of your normal allowances will always be itemised as standard.

You only need the additional option if you want itemisation of inclusive calls, too.
