I need to know my uncle's account is pay as you go or contract. I have Power of Attorney and need to know what is going on. Please help as this is doing my head in trying to work it out.

Do you access to his phone? If so, text AL to 150 from it & post the reply here, or let him do that.

How does his bank a/c label his payments to EE? Are they all on the same day of the month?

EDIT: Looking back at your thread in Jan. it was contract then. Any reason for it to have changed since?

As you have Power of Attorney for your uncle you'll be able to contact customer service to deal with the account on his behalf once you have registered this with us.
