Welcome to the community.

I recommend restarting your phone, or turning 'airplane mode' on then off again. Hopefully, that ill push the messages through.

If you still have problems receiving them after that, I suggest speaking with our customer support team. They'll be able to check everything from our side for you.

Can you confirm whether this is a Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go SIM?

Have you already inserted the SIM into your phone? If so, does it show an EE signal, or is it showing No Service/No Signal?

Yes it showing ee signal but I didn’t pay for data plus Im trying to activate my ee account so I can link it to other places like ea epic games but I gotta activate my sim but I can’t bcs it say i need my old sim but I don’t have a old sim
