Switching from 3 mobile to EE for my iphone

I had to switch my 3 mobile provider due to poor coverage in post code area PH10. I decided EE would bee a good option. 2 hours on the phone with EE and still not possible for them to provide e-sim. Really bad experience. Outcome is they can provide a physical SIM by post rather than immediately down load of e-sim! Painful experience on a Friday afternoon and had to go through sign up experience twice even though 3 mobile supplied PAC code. Really long wait times as I passed to different people within EE. I wish I hadn’t bothered and gone to another supplier.

Hi @Goodblair,

I'm sorry to hear that you spent 2 hours on the phone without getting the result that you wanted.

It's understandable that you'd be frustrated after waiting so long to get through to a guide too.

Depending on your phone type, we may not be able to supply an eSIM.

Did they give you an explanation as to why an eSIM couldn't be issued?
