Where do I find details for "extra charges" on my bill?

Hi – where do I find the details of what my extra charges are?

This months I’ve got £39 extra charges which I guess are from travel abroad, but I am really careful NEVER to use EE services and always use e-sims so I’m just wondering what exactly these charges are.
Can’t find any details on my online bill.

Also the EE app isn’t working “There seems to be a problem”.

Any help on where I can discover exactly what EE has charged me for? Thanks

@Richdysonhere If you can’t see or download your bill you’ll need to call customer support. Have you tried your online account? If you can not access that you’ll need to call customer support to request an account reset as the app is working, it’s your account that has the issue
