&lt;P&gt;There are a couple of reasons why your devices could be without service, and like &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; it's worth taking a look at our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker" target="_blank"&gt;network status checker&lt;/A&gt; to ensure there aren't any local outages. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you still have service and find calls are being blocked when you dial out, this may be a suspension due to non-payment or an exceeded credit limit.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2702458"&gt;@Shanfari&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; you need to call from a different number, no one here knows who you are let alone have access to your account to see why you’ve been cut off. &amp;nbsp;Have you tried using the service checker via the EE app under HELP/mobile/fix a problem with your mobile and clicking the EE mobile signal problems. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It could just be a network issue in your area. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just to check do they work via WiFi calling? &amp;nbsp; Are you on contract or PAYG with these 3 numbers?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
