As a first port of call, I'd recommend checking out our help page here which should let you know all the details you need on how to remove content lock.

Just be aware that if you're on pay as you go, you'll either need to give us a call and verify your age via a token credit card transaction, or visit one of our retail stores with a valid passport or UK driving licence.

@dekan : Are you on contract or PAYG?

On Contract: Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON .
On PAYG: You can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.
