Voicemail notifications for my postcode but no voicemail

I keep getting notification of voicemail from EE but when I listen they mention my postcode and then nothing. What's going on?

Are you receiving an alert or notification to advise you have a voicemail message? If so open your phone keypad and press and hold the number 1. You will be able to hear if you have any voicemails there.

The automated options on 150 to report an issue will automatically send you a message to advise if there are any known signal issues at the location.

I am connecting with the voicemail but after couple of seconds mentioning
my postcode it cuts off. As I'm still getting a signal I have just deleted
them.

At what point is it reading your postcode and cutting off? Is this as soon as you connect, or is it an actual message that's been left?

If you try calling your own number and leaving a message too, are you able to listen to this successfully?
