I reset my phone now cant get old esim to work won't let me use online guide to chat to someone. Keep sending money to call them. How can I call with no sim?

Hi @essexladjosh

Sorry to hear you no longer have access to your eSIM.

Resetting your device can delete any eSIM you have stored on your device, so you'll need a replacement.

Please call customer service from a different device, where a member of the team can order a replacement SIM card or eSIM QR code for you. Contact Us | Help & Support - EE

Alternatively, you can pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you a replacement SIM free of charge straight away. EE Store Finder | How to find your nearest EE store | EE

You'd only be able to use the option to download an eSIM/QR code online if you have access to your previous SIM, as a security PIN is sent to it to activate the new one.

Quite apart from this being one of the inherent issues with an "e" SIM, why did you reset your phone in the first place?

As ever, the answer to "how can I call with no SIM" is to call from another phone.
