I've read in many places about dialling the following code:

**61*+447953222222**30#

Doesn't work for me. Instead it enables call forwarding, which I don't want.

And if I dial *#61*11# to get the current ring time, it doesn't show the ring time, it shows the call forwarding status.

Has EE changed these codes?

These codes are not EE-specific but international industry standard.

The code you've quoted contains some errors, you've not said but I presume you're wanting to alter the length of time an incoming call rings before diverting to voicemail. If so, the correct code is *61*[dest]*11*[sec]# where [dest] is the destination number & [sec] is the delay time in seconds.

EE have implemented a delay of 5second intervals between 5-25 (IIRC, it may be 20 now) and the voicemail number you need is 07953222222

Tried all the permutations but never changes the value from 20secs for all call forwarding services.

Having sent the change request I get a confirmation of MMI code accepted but time remains at 20 secs.

My VM number is 22258. I have tried using that in the above command as well as 222222, with and without the 7953 in euro form or UK form but no changes.
